The Southwest Vermont Regional Technical School District (Southwest Tech) is seeking a full-time qualified Law Enforcement Instructor for the 2022-2023 Academic Year.

Salary: Based on experience and education- Approximately $45,000 - $60,000
Work Year: 188 Days, School-Year
Qualifications/Requirements: Law Enforcement Experience/Corrections 4 Years with a Bachelor's + 6 Years with less than Bachelor's Vermont Teacher's License or ability to obtain same

Paraprofessional/ Transportation Specialist Qualifications-High school diploma or GED, post-secondary education preferred or one to two years related experience and/or training in a trade pathway. CDL required (OR ability to obtain CDL with passenger endorsement within 6 months) Must pass a fingerprint-supported background check as well as a DCF abuse and neglect Description-The paraprofessional/transportation position contains a variety of duties throughout the day and school year. It is required that this person be extremely flexible, quickly adapt to a variety of classroom expectations, program content, activities and roles. Essential Duties include confidentiality, safety and transportation of students, instructional assistance and other tasks as assigned by administration. There is a fair amount of driving with this position, and may from time-to-time require overtime and/or overnight trips. The employee must have the ability to lift or move up to 40 pounds and have the ability to perform other physical tasks.

Licensed Nursing Assistant Program Administrator
The Southwest Vermont Regional Technical School District is seeking a part-time Licensed Nursing Assistant Program Administrator.
Qualifications: Hold a current, unencumbered Vermont license as a registered nurse; Have at least three years' experience as a registered nurse; and Administrative and supervisory experience over nursing assistants and experience in long term care strongly preferred.
Primary Duties: Overall responsibility for the smooth operation of the LNA program including but the not limited to: Supervision of LNA instructor Coordination with clinical site Ensuring compliance with VT Board of Nursing standards Coordination of licensure testing with vendor Assist with recruitment of students
Compensation: Part time non-benefited position. $2500 stipend per completed cohort up to $10000 per year.
