Assistant/Associate/Full Clinical Professor The College of Nursing at Auburn University, located in Auburn, Alabama, invites applications for a full-time on campus 12-month, faculty position. A clinical track (Assistant, Associate, or Full Clinical Professor) position is available depending upon experience and qualifications. Candidates with experience in any nursing specialty and healthcare simulation are sought to teach our highly qualified student body. The College of Nursing offers twice per year traditional BSN and RN to BSN admission. We offer graduate programs with Primary Care Practitioner, Nurse Educator certificate, and DNP options. Minimum Qualifications for Clinical Track: Master’s degree in Nursing with experience in any nursing specialty at the time employment begins. Experience in Simulation-based education and training is required. Demonstrated current clinical experience required. Candidates must maintain a current clinical certification. Desired Qualifications: Doctorate in nursing or related field. Teaching experience in a baccalaureate program. Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE) or Certified Healthcare Simulation Operations Specialist (CHSOS). Candidates must be eligible for Alabama RN license, meet eligibility requirements for work in the United States at the time the appointment is scheduled to begin and continue working legally for the proposed term of employment; must have excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
